12.12.08
Graduation is just a few months away, but before we march down the aisle and wear proudly our Ateneo Toga, we have a few lines to add to your
"Checklist of Things to do before I Graduate:"
[ ] Purchase a Yearbook
Do not let those precious memories fade. Make sure you have a copy (or copies!) of the yearbook to show to your friends and family and have something to
browse when you're feeling the "blues" after leaving the Ateneo. Who knows, the person on the next page could be the next Philippine president or the next
biggest star!
Forgot to order one during the registration period? Don't worry! You can still order until February 2009.
- Get an order form from the Aegis Room (MVP 207)
- Fill up the form with the necessary information
- Pay to the cashier
[ ] Check my write-up and personal information
How disastrous would it be if your name is misspelled in the Yearbook? The Aegis Team ensures that each and every text in the yearbook follows exactly what was
submitted. However, despite the OC, cautious, proofreading, there is still a 0.0001% chance of missing a letter. Do not let this happen.
Make sure to double and triple check your write-ups and personal information from the PDF file which will be uploaded in the Aegis website.
If you find any errors, submit an email to ateneoaegis09@gmail.com. No email means that the information are accurate and we shall
proceed with the printing.
[ ] Pay my Photo package balance
Do not be left out! Graduation photos will be distributed on January 21-23 and will not be released if you have a maintaining balance.
Make sure that you settle your balances before that date to prevent any delays.
[ ] Let my course be known
Tell the world how your course is unique and special. Make sure you have a course write-up that gives justice to the gruelling years of majors, labs, papers and deliverables.
If you belong to the following courses, you may send a 2-paragraph description of your course or remind your course representative to send your course write-up via email
to ateneoaegis09@gmail.com on or before December 13, Saturday.

that these strong bonds are reflected in the yearbook through your Group write-ups and photos. If your group still do not have a write-up, send
them to ateneoaegis09@gmail.com on or before December 13, Saturday.

form and drop it in the Aegis Room (MVP 207).
You can submit anything that tickles your imagination - from poems, to drawings, to stolen shots, to love letters. Don't be shy and
squeeze out those creative juices in you. Masterpieces from the Heights, Matanglawin, the Fine Arts Program and other interested parties
